WAQRAPUKARA
We will stop by your hotel very early between 3:45 am and 4:00 am. We will take the tourist transport until we arrive to Cusipata where we will have our breakfast at 6:00 am approx, then we will go to the detour by Chukicahuana, we will take the route passing by the Abra of ”QuelwaQocha” at 4350 msnm initiating a descent passing by the community of ”Toccorani” by the canyon of ”Apurimaq” to arrive at the community of Santa Lucia.
We will begin the walk to Waqrapukara from this point for approximately 3 hours we will be able to appreciate great amount of flora and typical fauna of the zone until arriving at our destiny Waqrapukara, where we will have a guided visit visiting Intipunku (Door of the Sun), the main seat, Towers, terraces, enclosure of Wiracocha, Waqrapukara Nail, Intihuatana.
After the visit to Waqrapukara we will begin with the return to Santa Lucía making the walk of return of 2 hours approx, we will board our transport to go of return to the restaurant, where we will have an exquisite lunch.
We will return to the city of Cusco at approximately 6:30 pm.
